Birthday Girl

One week ago today we celebrated Charlotte's first birthday.  We spent the day finishing a few projects and awaiting the arrival of several house guests.  Matt's parents, grandmother, sister, brother-in-law, and nephew all spent the weekend at our house.  It is so nice having the space to entertain! Saturday at noon we hosted a small birthday party.  The party consisted of family as well as a few of Matt's new co-coworkers and spouses that have children Charlotte's age.  The party was a success, and everyone seemed to have a good time!  I was so busy running around that I didn't take any pictures. Luckily, mom took the ones below!
