I know everyone probably thinks Matt and I recently fell off the planet, but we didn't. The past week and a half we have spent with both of our families. During this time (right around Christmas) my camera officially died. :( I did get a new one recently. Yeah! First, let me recap the last couple of weeks.
We packed up the cars the Wednesday before Christmas and headed to Columbus. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were spent with my parents and sisters. The following Saturday we packed up the car and headed to Rayville to see Matt's parents, sister, and grandparents. Sunday we headed home to Shreveport to rest. Monday afternoon Matt went hunting (got a deer) at his grandparents land in Gibsland, and I came over with Toby that evening for dinner. Tuesday morning we packed up the car again and headed to Matt's parents house. We stayed at their house until Thursday. New Year's Eve was spent at our house with some friends. Friday, mom and dad came into town, and yesterday we all drove to Dallas for the Cotton Bowl. Now we are home after lots of traveling. I wish I had pictures for everything listed above, but I don't. I do, however, have pictures from the Cotton Bowl yesterday and will be posting them soon.
Back to washing clothes for now... :)
