I can't believe I haven't updated our blog in several weeks. Where does the time go!? Things are great here. Not too busy for me. Matt, on the other hand, has been traveling and interviewing. In between interviews he is doing a rotation in the ER. Tonight he is actually riding around in an ambulance. That is why I have a free moment to update this thing.
Last Saturday night Matt and I went to the Village Grill for our 1 year anniversary. Our anniversary was actually Sunday, but we celebrated a little early. Dinner was fabulous, and we ate way TOO much. Isn't it funny how when you go to a restaurant you feel like you need to eat EVERYTHING on your plate. Well, we did, and I have been working out extra hard this week because of it.
Two weeks from Sunday I leave for Las Vegas with 2 of my co-workers. We are going for a conference (American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.) Basically it is one big nutrition support conference. We arrive on Sunday and leave the following Friday. I am so excited, but I am going to miss Matt and Toby. You can expect some good pics from the trip. I promise not to disappoint.
