We have now been married for almost three years. However, today was our first "real" holiday to spend at home. Matt was on call at the hospital last night and returned home at 7am this morning. He also has to go in at 7am tomorrow morning. (This time for a 24-hour shift.) So, in between work shifts I decided to put together a Thanksgiving dinner for the two of us. Everything turned out better than expected. Thanks to all of my co-workers for some last minute recipes. (I only decided to attempt to cook yesterday while at work.)

I love that we both had our first Thanksgivings this year! Everything looks beautiful and delicious! I have to admit, it was weird at first, but really nice to be able to just have dinner whenever we wanted and not have to be on a schedule!
