Natchez Mardi Gras Ball

This past weekend we were invited to a Mardi Gras Ball in Natchez. Two of our friends (Will Jones and Stephen Michel) were being inducted into the Crewe of Phoenix. We had a blast and ran into tons of old friends. The weather was great! It was 70 degrees and sunny. Unfortunately, things got a little toasty in the auditorium. A good band and lots of dancing didn't help, either.

Now we are back in Jackson getting ready for another week. Matt starts a month in the Neuro ICU on Tuesday. The past two weekends we have boarded Toby at our vet down the street. He loves the lady that takes care of him and actually doesn't mind going. This is definitely nice! Also, on Friday we had dinner with Ashley and Tom at their house. We brought Toby and he and Scout had lots of time to play. After dinner we played Trivial Pursuit - girls vs. boys. (FYI - Ashley and I won!)
