Friday and Saturday nights we spent time with some of Matt's fellow anesthesiology interns. Everyone is so great, and their spouses/significant others are as well! We could not be happier and feel blessed to already have met so many wonderful people here in Jackson. It is also nice that we have some "old friends" here, too. The picture directly below is of all but 1 of the interns. She happened to be on call the night before the party and left a short while before this picture was taken. Don't they look like a wonderful group?!

Earlier today Matt and I drove to the Scarbrough family reunion in Eupora, MS. It was a last minute decision by the two of us. Sometimes we forget that we are no longer so far away....(or in Shreveport for that matter). Mom knew we were coming, but we surprised dad. I think he was glad we came!
