Mother's Day and More

Both kids are taking naps, so I decided to write a quick post.  Parker is still not a great sleeper, but hopefully things are starting to look up as we have had a few good nights.  Charlotte is preparing for her first dance recital.  Yes, she is 2-years old and already taking ballet.  The class is through her school, so it just requires me to drop her off early in the mornings.  She LOVES it, so it looks like we will be continuing ballet classes in the fall.

This past weekend was Mother's Day.  Mom and Dad came to town, and we went to the Botanic Gardens for brunch.  Fortunately, the heat is not awful yet.  The brunch was nice, and Charlotte was able to play with her good friend, Mia.  (Mia's mom and Matt work together).  Here are some pictures from this past week!
