More Summer Fun

The title of this post really could be about the same as my previous post.  Late last month (July) we decided to return to Arkansas to see Matt's parents.  This time we were able to stay a little longer because Matt had the week off of work.  Charlotte enjoyed the chance to visit with her grandparents for a second time, and we appreciated a change of scenery as well as some "down time."  As we have learned, the summer season means longer/harder work days for Matt.  He has quite a bit of vacation time, but is only allowed to take two full weeks off during the summer.  Maybe we will actually go on a summer vacation...next year.

Charlotte is doing well.  She is enjoying the pool, and starts starts her Fall semester on Tues.  She will continue to go twice a week from 9:30 am-2:30 pm.  The big news with her is that she has started using the potty from time to time.  Hopefully we can get her out of diapers sooner rather than later.  She also can say her "ABCs" with some assistance and can count to ten, as well.
