It was during the month of April that we decided to get serious about house shopping. This was also the month we put an offer on what is now our new home. After a third trip with our realtor to look at houses we found the perfect one. It was right in the middle of the "remodel" phase, so we were able to pick out colors and make lots of the decisions regarding finishes, materials, etc. We also spent the Easter holiday in Louisiana and followed this with a trip to Arkansas to visit Matt's parents.
