Hope everyone is having a nice weekend! I am taking a break from an outside patio project to write this post. About a year (or two) ago I decided to paint our back concrete patio. The people at Lowes failed to mention that you need to prime the concrete before paining it. I have spent the last 2 days scraping paint off of the concrete. Not fun at all! The guy I talked to at Sherwin Williams told me to get a power washer to get the remaining paint off. After priming the concrete I plan on staining it. It may take several weeks, but as soon as I finish this project I will take some pictures and post them.
Last weekend we went to Columbus for my 10-year class reunion. We had a great turnout and had lots of fun. Matt was off work, so he was able to come for the entire weekend! Here are some pictures from the weekend. Also, big thanks for Betsy and Sarah Virden for coordinating the entire weekend!
